Maximize Visibility and Support ChABSA!

The Chesapeake Area Biological Safety Association (ChABSA) welcomes you to take this opportunity to maximize your company’s visibility and support the biological safety community at our  ChABSA Annual Scientific Symposium. Our attendees represent a broad spectrum of biological, pharmaceutical and biotechnology research, development and clinical organizations. The symposium draws biological safety conferees from academic, commercial and government sectors from the Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia areas.

Exhibit Space:

To maximize traffic, exhibitor tables will be just outside where the education session will take place. Tables include:

• One 6’ display table
• One side chair
• A side chair for each paid exhibitor representative
• Booths 1 - 11 will have electricity available
• Attendee list

• Two admissions to the Symposium (includes breakfast, breaks and lunch)
• Acknowledgement in Symposium Program
• Verbal acknowledgement during the Symposium
• Company logo incorporated into ChABSA PowerPoint presentation played during Symposium. (Logo must be provided at least 3 weeks prior to the Symposium.)
• Breakfast and break/refreshments will be in the exhibit hall.

Corporate Donation —

Corporate donations to ChABSA are being accepted. Donations of $50.00 or more by your organization will be acknowledged in the Symposium’s Registry of Corporate Donations.

• Acknowledgement in the Symposium’s Registry of Corporate Donations provided to attendees in their Symposium packets
• Company logo incorporated into ChABSA PowerPoint presentation played during Symposium. (Logo must be provided 3 weeks prior to the Symposium.)
